BASF HYDRAULAN® 404 is a best-in-class DOT 4 Class 6 brake fluid. At low temperatures, it has a very low viscosity. This enables brake pressure to build up quickly and the wheel brakes to respond in a timely manner. Compared to conventional fluids, brake pressure build-up at low temperatures of approx. –20 °C is about 30 % faster, also securing effective brake performance during harsh weather conditions.

The product exceeds the latest ISO 4925 Class 6 specifications and displays a boiling point of at least 265 °C, a wet boiling point of at least 175 °C, and a viscosity at – 40 °C of no more than 700 mm2/s. Its good lubrication properties also result in low noise and low wear properties within the brake system.

GLYSANTIN® G40® is a premium-grade coolant that belongs to the new generation of GLYSANTIN® products, which are also suitable for Electric Vehicles.

This product employs hybrid organic acid technology (Si-OAT). It combines the advantages of coolants that contain silicates and those that are free of silicates, i.e. excellent protection from corrosion and a long working life.

EERSTA Grease ULX100 is a high quality Polyurea grease, suitable for injection moulding machine applications. The grease such as highly compatible for machines like Toshiba, Haitian, and Niigata.

It is recommended for lubrication in areas such as; screw, plate and button mechanism, support bearing of the machine. This specialised grease can also be used in other centralized lubrication systems that requires low temperature performance.
