VSR PRIMARY turbocharger balancing machine
SBR-10 machine is a professional special equipment for high-speed balancing of assembled cartridges. It is ideal for repair workshops specializing in turbocharger reconditioning. It solves a wide range of tasks that service stations face on a daily basis.
The SBR-10 has a universal mounting system for any cartridge weighing up to 9 kg. The equipment is highly productive and is used not only in workshops, but also in production facilities with serial production of turbochargers. The balancing machine stops automatically at an unacceptable vibration value, which prevents destruction of the cartridge even if mistakes are made during assembly. This feature and the triple degree of oil cleaning make it the safest of its kind.
The tasks it solves:
high-speed modal balancing of cartridges (up to 300,000 rpm);
- vibration testing of assembled cartridges (from 0,2 to 10 G);
- Running-in of cartridges after assembly at operating speeds;
- checking the cartridges for oil leakage;
- assembly quality control (report generation and printing);
The balancing machine is equipped with an oil station with hydraulic pump for quality testing and cartridge part preservation. A highly sensitive suspension determines the position and unbalance of the shaft at operating speeds (80,000 to 300,000 rpm). The turbocharger is accelerated to operating speeds by compressed air through the pneumatic system.
Electrical equipment of the machine has an industrial design and is located in a electric cabinet. The control panel and industrial computer with a touch screen are also built into the electric cabinet and serve for control, input and output of information.

GEOMET-500 STAND FOR CALIBRATING A VARIABLE GEOMETRY TURBOCHARGER
It is a fast-payback equipment that allows to effectively restore turbocharger settings to factory standards after cartridge or actuator replacement. The equipment reduces turbine tuning time and improves the quality of repairs, creating a comfortable and safe working environment. On the stand it is easy to adjust the extreme position of the blades of the nozzle apparatus, thus getting rid of the effect of “foreblow” or “underblow”, detrimental to the performance of the car. In addition, it is possible to adjust the length of the actuator rod to set the moment of operation of the air flow control mechanism
DESIGN FEATURES:
The bench can easily adjust the extreme positions of the geometry mechanism to eliminate both under- and over-boosting of the turbocharger. It is also possible to adjust the length of the actuator stem. The test bench has simple and easy to understand controls, which allows for quick training. The operator installs and connects the turbocharger to the stand. The operator then enters the turbocharger number in the search window (the number is stamped on the turbocharger nameplate), starts the vortex compressor and adjusts the air flow rate through the turbine according to the value in the database. During the adjustment process, the air flow is not interrupted and the operator observes the change in flow rate as the turbine adjusting screw is turned.
Software features:
The stand is equipped with software adapted to work with Android and Windows10 devices. The user is provided with a turbine database from the manufacturer’s cloud storage. It is also possible to create your own user database, which will be used simultaneously with the manufacturer’s database. The manufacturer’s database contains information on 6100 turbine numbers. Today it is the largest database in the world, which is provided for use by equipment manufacturers. The database is regularly updated.

DRIVESHAFT BALANCER VTM 88
DRIVESHAFT BALANCER VTM 88 has a high performance and is used to balance cardan/drive shafts of the cars and trucks UP TO 200 KG. Also, it makes the process of balancing the driveshaft simple thanks to many technical solutions, while the machine has an affordable price, which reduces your financial burden and allows your business to grow efficiently.
The machine has high accuracy (1 gmm \ kg). Accuracy is achieved due to the special design of the spindle and the rig of the machine, as well as a reliable balancing system, PAK-4, which has a high degree of noise immunity. Moreover, ease of control allows you to quickly learn how to work on the machine and get to work as soon as possible. When designing the machine, high demands were placed on the functionality and versatility of each node. So this made it possible to install absolutely any driveshaft on the machine with a minimum of time.
Machine’s support
Machine support has a unique design which allows you to implement in fact three schemes for fixing outboard bearings. In addition, the height adjustment of the supports takes little time thanks to the unique design solution light height. Finally, unique technical modifications play important role in the process of quick readjustment of the machine and increasing the level of functionality of the equipment is played.
So far, quickly clamping adapters made by the patented EASY CLAMPR technology can save the time for reinstalling the driveshaft, which allowed the use of this machine not only in repair shops but also in serial and small-scale production.
The presence of a movable spindle of the rear spindle it allows, without shifting the support, to move the spindle up to 50 mm for quick installation or removal of the driveshaft
The function of fixing the rotation of the drive spindle which allows you to produce clamping bolts and hold the cardan with one operator without an assistant.
Due to unique design of the construction supports the technology was named LEIGHT HEIGHT.
The supports can be moved along the bed with one hand because they move on rollers along the guides.
Universal clamping system for outboard bearings can also be added to the benefits of bearings.

DPF cleaning machine
The machine allows you to max out the performance of DPF filter and catalyst cleaning for all types of cars without mechanical intervention.
The operating principle of the stand is based on the water hammer effect and the properties of turbulent fluid movement. In the cleaning process, special solutions and certain temperature conditions are met.

- Automated operation and control of the cleaning and drying process of the filter
- Set of adapters allows you to install any DPF filter, regardless of the brand of the car
- Anti-frost system of the water system, insulation of pipes and tank. When it is not working temperature of liquid is controlled, liquid heating and pump is automatically switched on once per hour for pumping of liquid in the system.
Capabilities
Machine ‘s gentle and efficient cleaning of the DPF filter ensures max results and avoids damage of your expensive filter. After cleaning, the working properties of the filter are restored by 97%.
The high performance of the stand is reached due to the presence of combined operating modes such as:
- Cleaning the filter by washing.
- Removal of filter clogging by the method of controlled water hammer and the effect of liquid cavitation.
The mode of accelerated drying of the DPF filter is provided due to the presence of a high-performance air blower with a heating element in the stand design
Control
- Automated process of DPF filter cleaning with the ability to program all operating modes of the stand gives you the opportunity to debug the equipment on your own in order to increase the efficiency of processes or to work with the modes established by the manufacturer.
- Full control of the filter cleaning and drying process provided by the implementing at the stand software specific graphs displaying the values of air or water pressure in real time. This allows you to rationally use the time by independently determining the stage at what stage of operation the machine is at.
- Filter diagnostic function with printout report allows you to create reporting documentation before the start of cleaning (to control the degree of contamination) and after (to control the quality of the operation performed).

Actuator tester for turbo
UNIVERSAL TOOL FOR TURBINE DIAGNOSTICS WITH ELECTRONIC CONTROL. TESTER-PROGRAMMER MODEL ATP-1000
The ATP-1000 tester-programmer is an instrument for diagnostics of electronic actuators controlling regulated turbines with electric drive. It checks operability of the electric actuator as a whole and its separate elements, such as electric actuator and servomotor. The individual diagnostics of each element allows to determine precisely the condition of the turbocharger drive and detect problems, if they exist.
The device is based on microprocessor technology. Sealed housing made of impact-resistant plastic for operation in any environment. Two elements control: a button and a regulator. Liquid crystal screen is used to display information. Powered by standard laptop power supply. Connection to electric actuators with cables and adapters included in the delivery set.
Functions and features of the tester-programmer:
Testing of electronic turbocharger drives;
Diagnosis of DC motors from 12 V to 2 A;
