Description
In terms of core performance, the product adopts a composite structure consisting of a high-purity synthetic rubber inner layer, a high-strength polyester thread braided reinforcement layer, and a weather-resistant rubber outer layer. The inner rubber has excellent brake fluid corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the erosion of DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluids for a long time without swelling. The middle polyester braided layer is processed through precision braiding technology, with a tensile strength of over 18MPa, which can stably transmit a brake working pressure of 10-15MPa, ensuring lossless pressure transmission during emergency braking. The outer rubber is added with UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, maintaining good elasticity and sealing performance both in harsh cold environments of -40℃ and high-temperature working conditions of 80℃, adapting to the complex climate and road condition changes during long-distance truck transportation.
