Amit Dhiman is the Country Manager (Lubricants) for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and currently leading the international business across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
With over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas and energy industry, Amit has played a key role in BPCL’s global growth initiatives, focusing on market expansion and strategic collaborations in emerging markets including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Before his international assignment, Amit worked in Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, and New Business Initiatives at BPCL, contributing to high-impact projects that enhanced the company’s innovation and competitiveness.
An MBA in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis International University, Amit believes in building collaborations that bridge Asia, the GCC, and Africa, driving both economic growth and sustainable progress.

As the global lead on sustainability at Q8Oils, Joris plays a key role in driving industry progress, serving as a member of the ATIEL & UEIL Joint Sustainability Committee, chairing the Sustainability Downstream Workgroup, and sitting on the board of VSN, the Dutch Lubricants Association.

Meenu Yadav
Ms. Meenu Yadav is the General Manager of DANA Lubricants Factory LLC, where she has been instrumental in transforming the Lubricants & Petrochemicals division into a global player. Since joining DANA Group in 2013, she has driven the company’s evolution from a conventional blender to a 10,000 MT per annum operation, exporting base oils, lubricants, and petrochemicals to 45+ countries worldwide.
An alumna of IIM Bangalore, Ms. Meenu brings extensive industry experience from her previous roles at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Schlumberger Limited (SLB), Paris, contributing deep expertise in oilfield and downstream operations.
Masood Hassan Qureshi
Masood Hassan Qureshi is currently working as General Manager Operations in Technolube Dubai which is the subsidiary of Petrolube which is one of the Leading Lubricant Manufacturer and marketer in the GCC Region and Other Export Countries.
As a qualification, Masood is Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing.
Masood has been into Oil Industry since last 28 years working on different leadership roles in his career in major Global and Regional companies.
During his roles He has been engaged with Teams as an Important member in Support on Lubricants Products , Business Growth , Cultural Transformations, Rolling out Scorecard for Operational Improvement , Focus on Operational Excellence, Supply chain Reliability, ESG Roll out ,Enhancing Operational Capacity and Capability and most importantly Talent Pool Development through Passion of Mentoring and Coaching developing future Leaders in the Lubricants Industry as an Important Need of today.

Mr Nikhil Agarwal is a dynamic, result oriented leader with a rich experience of 25 plus years in Fortune 500 organizations. He is an engineer and holds an MBA (Marketing & Sales) and MBA (Energy Management) from University of Houston, Texas and Indian Institute of Management.
Mr Agarwal used his deep industry knowledge, strong educational background and commercial acumen to set up Globestar Energy FZE, a highly reputed name in base oil trade. Globestar is successfully trading all base oil grades and petrochemicals in MENA, Far East Asia, India and Africa. His past work experience includes senior sales and marketing positions at Elf Lubricants, Total Energies India, Reliance Industries and Diamond Petroleum.
Samer Akram
Samer Akram was born in Saudi Arabia and grew up in London, England, going on to study law and achieving his Bachelor of Laws (LLB), continuing as a postgraduate to complete a Legal Practice Course, and then Articles at a well-known London law firm, and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in July 2003, practising law in England & Wales for over 10 years as a criminal litigator, before relocating to Durban, South Africa, to take up the role of Director of Operations at Unichem Services, a speciality lubricants, base stocks and chemicals distributor & lubricants manufacturer, servicing the lubricant and grease blenders in sub-Saharan Africa & the Middle East.
In 2013, Unichem acquired Habot Oil, a dedicated, private label, fully synthetic lubricant blend plant located in Johannesburg, servicing the mining, aviation, processing, and heavy industries in Southern Africa.
In 2017, Samer was appointed Managing Director of Habot Marine Services, the authorised distributor of ExxonMobil Marine Lubricants in South Africa & Mozambique.
Over the last 10 years Unichem has established itself as a technology leader in Energy Efficient Lubricant Design.
Through global partnerships and investment in local talent we have partnered with our customers to consistently deliver locally designed, blended, and marketed synthetic lubricants.
Samer is a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), the South African Institute of Tribology (SAIT), the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IODSA) and The Law Society of England & Wales.
Siddharth Sachdeva
After gaining his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in CS Engineering from Warwick University, UK, Siddharth then went and gained his MBA from IIM in Bangalore, India. Further, he pursued a strategic marketing programme from the University of Michigan, US.
Using his education experience, Siddharth drove the technology changes within the family business and focused on corporate culture within the group upgrading the same to the level of being one of the great lubricant and grease companies worldwide.
The group is known for its dedication and attention to detail which has brought the world's greatest brands to their doors and they can boost customers such as Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Valvoline, Indian Oil, as well as Timken and SKF to name but a few.
With four plants in India the family looked to expand abroad and under Siddharth's leadership the group built and commissioned their new pant in the UAE, a technological state-of-the-art lubricant and grease plant on the Inner harbour of the Hamriyah Free Zone. This is the first of its kind in the region, being a fully automated, PLC controlled grease and lubricant plant run on ABB technology.
Siddharth is married with two children and his wife Bhavika, plays a prominent and important role in the company next to Siddharth.
Being a natural sportsman, playing cricket, tennis and golf, he brings these competitive talents to the business to drive it forward. He has become the “Face“ of the group, often invited to give keynote speeches at industry events. He is a great ambassador for the industry and the family business, making sure that it stays true to their credo of being the finest private label Grease and Lubricant manufacturer worldwide.
Usama Naseer
Usama Naseer is a dedicated chemical engineer with passion for research & development in the lubricant industry and currently associated with Atlantic Group of Companies as a Senior Chemist. Usama Naseer brings over five years of hands- on experience in the laboratory and production environment.His passion for research and development drives him to explore new frontiers in this field and recently as a vital member of R&D Division celebrated a significant milestone achieved by the successful passing of chempol’s additive engine test from SouthWest Research Institute along with the development of food grade lubricants for food & beverage processing industry and achieving other certifications i-e REACH & NSF.With a strong foundation in chemical processes and keen interest in innovation he’s continuously seeking new ways to improve existing products and hoping to make a lasting impact in this field.
