1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to all registered visitors of Automechanika Dubai taking place on all three show days.
• Participants must complete the Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour registration via the Grand Tour App.

2. Participation

• Only scans made with the participant’s own unique QR code are valid. Sharing QR codes is prohibited.

3. Leaderboard

• Live leaderboard rankings will be visible on the Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour App and on designated screens around the venue.
• Leaderboard updates may experience slight delays depending on network connectivity.

4. Points & Scoring

• Points are awarded based on successful scans and completion of activities at participating checkpoints. For PitStop Challenges, points equal your score at the competitions.
• Mystery Spot points may vary and can be awarded at the discretion of the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to audit or adjust points in case of technical issues, misuse, or suspicious activity.

5. Grand Prize

• The participant with the highest number of points at the end of the Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour on 12 November will be declared the winner of the Grand Prize.
• Prize details will be confirmed directly with the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Announcement

• The final winner will be announced after the event concludes, once all scans and points have been verified.
• The winner will be contacted through the details provided during registration.
• The final winner will be announced at 4 pm on 12 November, in Dubai Exhibition Centre, after the Grand Tour concludes, once all scans and points have been verified.

• Winners are required to attend the awarding ceremony at 4:00 PM at the Dubai Exhibition Centre to claim their prizes. Should a winner be absent, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible high scorer.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

• Any attempt to tamper with QR codes, game mechanics, or scanning systems will result in disqualification.
• Participants must follow staff instructions at all zones and checkpoints.

8. Technical Issues

• The organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, device issues, network connectivity problems, or app-related disruptions that may affect participation or scoring.

9. Data Use & Privacy

• By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of administering Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour, updating leaderboards, and contacting winners.
• Personal information will be processed in accordance with the event’s Privacy Policy.

10. Organizer Rights

• The organizer reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• All decisions made by the organizer regarding scoring, winners, or rule interpretation are final.

11. Liability

• Participants take part in the Automechanika Dubai Grand Tour at their own risk.
• The organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while participating in the activities or moving between checkpoints.
