Anand Jeswani

Anand Jeswani began his business journey in 1998, co-founding Eurodiesel Services with his father. What started as a small family-run trading firm selling spare parts has grown over 29 years into a thriving corporate enterprise. Today, Eurodiesel Services operates across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Mumbai, Surat, and Djibouti.

Under Anand’s leadership, the company expanded its scope to include distribution of parts and equipment, establishment of workshops, and advanced repair services. It also ventured into fuel injection technology, strengthening its reputation for technical excellence. With a background in marketing and business, Anand blends traditional expertise with modern strategy. His technical foundation was shaped through specialized training at OE Centers and enriched by global travel, deepening his understanding of fuel injection systems and emerging trends.

Behzad Salehi

Behzad Salehi is the Founder and Managing Director of Al Salehi Machinery & Equipment Repairing, a leading Bosch Diesel Service Center and Authorized Bosch Distributor serving the MENA region.

With deep-rooted expertise in diesel fuel injection systems and a lifelong association with the Bosch brand, Behzad brings over two decades of technical and managerial experience to the industry.

His foundation in fuel injection technology was established early through his family’s Bosch Diesel Service Workshop, founded by his father in 1975. Educated in Germany from primary through tertiary levels, Behzad became a State-Certified Automotive Engineer from the Technical College for Engineering in Hannover and earned a Master Craftsman Qualification from the Chamber of Crafts in 2007. His professional journey includes an apprenticeship at Bosch Germany in 2004 under the mentorship of renowned Bosch instructor Mr. Juergen Certa.

In 2007, Behzad relocated to Dubai to establish Al Salehi Machinery & Equipment Repairing. Today, the company stands among the top Bosch Diesel Service Centre and Authorized Bosch Distributors in the UAE, employing a team of 117 professionals and achieving an annual turnover exceeding AED 50-Million.

A specialist in Bosch Systems, Diagnostics, and Parts, Behzad embodies Bosch’s values of precision, innovation, and reliability. His leadership continues to drive the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction across the region.

Bassem Hassan

Mr Bassem Hassan is the General Manager of Orient Motors LLC, a leading automotive company in the UAE under the Al Qassemi Group, specializing in service, spare parts trading and leasing. With over 22 years of experience, including 11 years with a European OEM covering the Middle East region, he has led strategic growth initiatives, strengthened partnerships with international brands and driven innovation across customer experience and operations. His leadership has solidified Orient Motors’ position as a trusted market leader. 

Kivanc Karayol

Kivanc Karayol is the Deputy General Manager at SANY Group, driving strategic growth across Saudi Arabia, North Africa, and Turkey, with a strong focus on electric trucks, solar energy, wind turbines, and the renewable energy transition. He brings a rich background across both the traditional and new energy sectors, having held impactful roles at global leaders such as British Petroleum (BP) and Volvo Group. With over 15 years of experience, Kivanc has led market expansion, multimillion-dollar operations, and pioneering electromobility initiatives across the Middle East and beyond. Known for building strong commercial teams and forging key partnerships, Kivanc plays a key role in accelerating sustainable growth and decarbonization across transport and infrastructure in emerging markets.

Moid Ahmed Mujaddadi

I was born on 28th July 1989 in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, where I completed my schooling at India Public High School.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MJCET- OSMANIA UNIVERSITY, Hyderabad, India, and an MBA in General Management from Chifley Business School, through Al Tareeqah Management Studies, RAKIA Free Zone, UAE.

I began my professional journey with Al Faris Group in 2011 as a Trainee Engineer and have progressed to the role of Group Workshop Manager under the guidance of our Managing Director, Mr. Pinto, where I oversee maintenance operations across the Middle East region.

I manage a comprehensive and diverse fleet, including truck-mounted, crawler, all-terrain, and rough-terrain cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, SPMTs, trailers, excavators, telehandlers, super suckers, recovery vehicles, vacuum and water tankers, and advanced Enerpac systems such as gantries, split-flow pumps, and push-pull devices.

My responsibilities also cover power generation and industrial systems, including diesel and gas generators, screw-type air compressors, transformers, switchgears, bunded fuel tanks, DB panels, welding machines, tower lights, chillers, battery systems, and other emerging technologies. Under my leadership, new technologies continue to be integrated to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.

I have trained 50 + professionals in troubleshooting of different equipment across the fleet.

A strong advocate for digital transformation in maintenance management, I have pioneered the implementation of custom digital applications under the guidance of CEO, Mr. Kieve Pinto, that provide real-time visibility and control of maintenance operations across all Middle East workshops—streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.

Mostafa Moussa Abd ElSalam

With over 19 years of progressive leadership in the commercial vehicle and construction equipment sector, Mostafa currently serves as General Manager of Trucks Sales at AlGhandi Auto, overseeing sales strategy, business development, and customer-partner relations across the [region/country] market.

In this role, he is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, expanding market share in the heavy-duty and commercial vehicles segments, and leading a high-performing sales team of 8 professionals. Mostafa sets the strategic roadmap for product positioning, channel development and key-account management (fleet, logistics, construction & heavy industry clients).

Prior to joining AlGhandi, Mostafa held senior sales leadership roles including Sany Heavy Industries and Mantrac, where he delivered sales volumes exceed billion USD over the years. He had been recognized several times by Caterpillar as top performers sales managers across the EMEA region.

Mostafa holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from beside his main Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering , and has completed professional leadership development programs in sales management and organization management. Outside work, he is passionate about Basketball as he was a former professional player. 

Farhan Siraj

Farhan Siraj is a commercial vehicle specialist with deep experience in product strategy (ICE & EV), channel sales, and market development across the Middle East. As Senior Manager Planning, Reporting & Products at Jameel Motors UAE, he leads OEM engagement and product management for the BEV Farizon brand (part of Geely group), ensuring competitive TCO & strong market fit. Before this role, Farhan spent nearly a decade with Daimler Truck MEA managing GCC channel sales & product management. He began his career in product and project management at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, supporting new model development for export markets. Farhan brings a data driven, customer focused perspective on commercial vehicle growth, electrification, and the evolving OEM - distributor landscape.

Julia Bissani

Julia Bissani is the Brand Manager for Electric Commercial Vehicles at United Diesel – Al Rostamani Group, leading the development and market expansion of Yutong electric trucks in the UAE. With over ten years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry and a strong background in engineering, Julia has worked across Latin America, Africa, and the GCC in areas such as product management, sales strategy, and brand positioning.

At United Diesel, she drives the transition toward zero-emission fleets by developing TCO-based business models, structuring pilot programs with key logistics players, and building ecosystem partnerships for charging infrastructure. Julia is recognized for her analytical mindset, strategic approach, and ability to bridge OEMs, government stakeholders, and end-users to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in commercial transport.

Her Work combines technical expertise with a forward-looking vision for sustainable mobility, contributing to the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 goals and redefining the regional commercial EV landscape.
