Ali Al-Ganzory is the CEO of G&B Global Corp. and a seasoned Senior Base Oils Trader with over a decade of experience in the base oil and petrochemical industry. He has successfully expanded market presence across the Americas, Europe, Egypt, and the Middle East by developing and managing trading strategies and mitigating risks. Ali holds a master’s in business Analytics, enhancing his ability to use data science, predictive modelling, and market analysis for strategic decision-making. Ali’s goal is to continue delivering value and excellence to G&B Global Corp and its clients by applying his extensive knowledge and analytical expertise to the base oil trading market, driving the company’s mission of growth and innovation.
Akrem Saadaoui
I am an international business development and project management professional with over a decade of experience leading complex programs and driving organizational transformation across automotive, aerospace & defense, energy, and rail industries. Currently, I serve as Regional Project Manager – North Africa at the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM), where I lead AAAM’s North Africa office operations and projects, driving initiatives that accelerate regional automotive value chains, foster industrial partnerships, and support policy implementation across Africa.
My career spans multinational corporations, consulting firms, and entrepreneurial ventures, giving me a unique perspective on aligning global strategies with local realities. I have successfully managed cross-border projects in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East, delivering measurable outcomes in highly competitive and evolving markets. Prior to AAAM, I held senior leadership roles at Segula Technologies Group and DRÄXLMAIER Group, where I directed global recruitment strategies, talent development programs, and operational excellence initiatives impacting thousands of professionals across 60 countries.
I am passionate about creating value through strategic transformation and sustainable growth. My ability to combine visionary leadership with pragmatic execution enables me to design and implement solutions that drive business success while promoting innovation and resilience. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with major industry players such as Volkswagen, Stellantis, Bombardier, Total Energies, Alstom etc.., led missions to strengthen industrial ecosystems, and championed localization strategies that position emerging markets as competitive hubs in global supply chains.
Dilu Cherian
Dilu Cherian brings extensive expertise in regulatory programs, certification services, and product conformity assessment across multiple sectors. At SGS, he has been instrumental in supporting government-led compliance frameworks and trade facilitation initiatives across the EEMEA region. With strong engagement in standards implementation, quality infrastructure development, and conformity programs, Dilu helps regulators and businesses navigate complex compliance requirements. His work ensures that SGS continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening trust, consumer safety, and sustainable trade practices.
Kojo Annobil
Kojo Annobil has over 20 years work experience and during this period, he exhibited a great deal of talent and recorded several achievements.
He evolved over the years and performed beyond expectation in every department he worked in. Has ability to adjust to new roles and unparalleled sense of responsibility, initiative and integrity earned him various roles.
Kojo, managed all three brands held by (BMW, Ford and Massey Ferguson) the Ghana Dealer and over the years built a good clientele and was influential in retaining customers. He was actively engaged in formulating strategies to enable the company survive the stiff competition raging in the automobile industry. He is result oriented and this impacted tremendously on his growth and success.
Kojo participated in numerous local and international automobile conferences, trainings, and seminars, gaining an enormous amount of knowledge in the automobile industry. Kojo possess a wealth of managerial skills and team building capabilities. He served as the Vice President of Ghana Automobile Dealers Association (GADA) from 2017 -2018 and as President for 2019. Actively represented GADA on all stakeholder meetings on all issues affecting the automobile industry in Ghana.
Kojo, currently works as a consultant to the Ghana Ministry of Trade & Industry (MOTI) as Head of the newly inaugurated Ghana Automotive Development Centre to provide support to the Automotive Industry and provide linkage between the Automotive Industry and MOTI under the Ghana Automotive Development Policy (GADP) amongst other responsibilities.

Luqman Mamudu
Mr. Luqman Mamudu is the Founder and Managing Partner of Transtech Industrial Consulting and a former Director of Policy at Nigeria’s National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).
He is also the founder of the Resident Automotive Component Dealers Association of Nigeria (RACDAN)www.racdan.org., the e-marketplace TranstechMachineParts.com.
Mr. Mamudu has received academic and executive training from Bayero University, Kano; the University of Wales; Harvard Kennedy School; and the UK’s Royal Institute of Public Administration. He is a certified ISO Quality Auditor and a trained Mediator.
He serves on the board of National Trucks Manufacturing Ltd (NTML), Kano, Nigeria; chairs the West Africa Automotive Show (WAAS) Conference; and has contributed to UNIDO studies and ECOWAS programs.
Lamia Gharbi
Lamia Gharbi is the Director of Communication, Membership Management, and Partnerships at the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA). She has been actively contributing to the promotion and positioning of Tunisia’s automotive industry through strategic communication initiatives, international collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.
With over two decades of professional experience, she has developed strong expertise in institutional relations, project management, and strategic partnerships. Passionate about industrial development and regional cooperation, Lamia works to enhance the visibility and influence of Tunisia as a key player in the global automotive value chain.
Themba Khumalo
Mr. Themba Khumalo is the Head of the Private Sector Unit and Senior Advisor on Regional Value Chains to the Secretary General of the AfCFTA Secretariat.
This role entails coordinating the regional/continental value chains development work programme which has prioritized key sectors with the highest opportunities to boost intra-Africa and production.
Prior to this role, Mr. Khumalo had been working as a Director: Africa Integration and Industrial Development at the South African Department of Trade, Industry and Competition.
