Yousef Abu Alaish is a prominent automotive leader with over 24 years of experience in Aftersales, Spare Parts, and Customer Experience. He currently leads these functions for NISSAN, INFINITI, and RENAULT at Arabian Automobiles (AW Rostamani), where he has built one of the region’s most dynamic and results-driven aftersales operations.
In 2025, Yousef was appointed Chairman of the Spare Parts & Accessories Business Group under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, where he plays a strategic role in aligning the private sector with UAE regulations on parts trading, intellectual property, and electrification. His leadership bridges industry and government, actively shaping the future of the automotive parts sector.
Yousef is the visionary behind the creation of a dedicated Fleet Aftersales Unit, making Arabian Automobiles the exclusive aftersales service provider for the UAE Ministry of Interior, Dubai Police, and other key fleet clients. This unit offers tailored, innovative fleet solutions designed around uptime, cost efficiency, and reliability—setting a benchmark in regional fleet support.
An engineer by background and MBA-certified in the UK, Yousef also holds executive certifications in Leadership & Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and Digital Strategy from Columbia Business School. He has been recognized by Egon Zehnder and Marshall Goldsmith as a high-impact leader known for his strategic clarity and people-centric leadership.
