1AK-GROUP is a diversified holding whose primary strategic direction is manufacturing and distribution of batteries. The full-cycled production includes the recycling of used batteries.
1AK-GROUP battery direction includes metallurgical production (1AK-SPLAV, 1AK-FREGAT), manufacture of batteries (1AK-ALLIANCE, 1AK-ZUBR), production of plastic components for batteries (1AK-Plastic), research and production center for energy storage systems based on Li-Ion batteries (1AK-LI-ION), company-owned wholesale and retail trade networks.
The structure includes business units, whose production sites are used for the testing and implementation of innovative projects that are not directly related to the battery business, as well as BelPAM Transportation Unitary Enterprise.

Batteries direction is represented by the following strategic business units. Zubr Energy LLC (1AK-ZUBR) is a plant producing starter batteries supplied to the world and domestic automakers, including Volkswagen, MTZ. Akkumulyatornyy Alliance LLC (1AK-ALLIANCE) is the newest factory for the production of a full range of maintenance-free starter lead-acid batteries for cars, trucks, buses, and automotive equipment. Belinvesttorg-Splav Limited Liability Company (1AK-SPLAV) is a factory that produces high-grade lead from battery waste. The innovative technologies used in the production process allow for the processing and safe use of waste as secondary raw materials. Fregat LLC (1AK-FREGAT) is a manufacturer of high-quality refined lead. Full cycle of complex processing of lead-acid batteries and production of lead and alloys based on it. 1 AK-Plastic LLC is a plant for the production of plastic components for batteries. 1AK-PLASTIC produces monoblocks, covers, handles, pads, plug block for starter lead-acid batteries (DIN, JIS). Aktiv OMZ LLC (1AK-LI-ION) - is a research and production center for energy storage systems based on Li-Ion batteries. Modern production and scientific and technical development center (R&D).
