Zlotecki Sp.z o.o is a manufacturer company with over 50 years tradition of making pistons. We were founded in 1972. Our main product is a piston and piston pin. We are also offering an full liner sets for engines.

Our company is basing on our own aluminium foundry and machining centers.

The Zlotecki company in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology has developed a technology for casting composite pistons (AlMMC). This method allows casting short series of wear-resistant pistons.

All of our products are 100% made in Poland.

We use only modern CNC machines. Also got TUV Nord certificate and keep ISO 9001 standards. Because of that we can offer best quality products for OEM and aftermarket

Pistons manufactured in our factory are divided into three basic groups for:

compression-ignition engines in diametters 75-160 mm, also with cast-iron insert under compression ring in the Alfin technology,
spark-ignition engines in diameters 60-150 mm for various purposes: for aircraft, racing motorcycles and for passenger cars engines,
air compressors offer diameters 60-130 mm, pistons of this group are intended for: the stationary compressors and the compressors installed on different types of engines.

In addition to production of the pistons we also manufacture piston pins in diameters 15-50 mm from the highest quality certified materials.
