The exhaust gas recirculation valve is a component of the exhaust emission control system of both gasoline and diesel vehicles. The valve directs a portion of the exhaust gases into the engine's intake tract, where the gas mixes with the intake air, reducing the oxygen concentration and reducing the combustion rate.

At the moment, the range of manufactured cooling radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers is presented by 1350 different models and covers most of the vehicle fleet operated.

LUZAR radiators are manufactured using modern technologies. The technology of soldering radiators in a protective gas environment allows us to manufacture efficient aluminum cooling radiators with high heat transfer, due to high-quality thermal contact between the tubes and the fins of the radiator. In addition, the technology of producing prefabricated radiators is widely used, which is used for the most popular models of cooling radiators and makes it possible to offer consumers a low cost of the final product with sufficient heat transfer.

The creation of our own heat engineering laboratory has become an important step in conducting our own research and developing the most efficient configurations of radiator cores.

High-quality components are used for the production of LUZAR fans, special attention is paid to the brush unit, which directly affects the product's service life. The electric motor power is similar with the original product, so that the performance of the products also corresponds to the original products.

At the moment, the range of LUZAR water pumps is 500 items and is constantly expanded by new models, both for passenger cars and for trucks and special equipment. The reliability parameter for a water pump is difficult to overestimate, therefore, to ensure trouble-free operation of water pumps, the main components are carefully selected: bearing and sealing units.

Our own development of high-performance pumps for domestic cars of the "Turbo" series has received special recognition from experienced car enthusiasts.

The thermostat is an extremely important component in the car and is responsible for thermal balance of the car engine. In modern cars, the design of thermostats has become much more complex, electronic control and electric heating of the thermoelement are actively used. The LUZAR range includes both thermostats with a classic thermoelement and modern complicated designs with multi-pass housings and electrically controlled thermoelements. Thermoelements are also presented separately. Special models with modified thermal regulation characteristics have been developed: "winter" and "summer" thermostats. The range of LUZAR thermostats currently consists of 410 SKU and is actively expanded.

The turbocharger uses the energy of exhaust gases to increase the power of the car engine. It is used in diesel and gasoline car engines. LUZAR turbochargers are manufactured on modern high-precision equipment, the products are covered by a 1 year or 30 000 km warranty.

The LUZAR range includes both turbochargers in assembly and separate cartridges.
