GRAHAM THRELFALL – AkzoNobel
Graham is an experienced automotive industry professional with over 30 years of experience gained within the global automotive sector with specialism in the collision repair and motor insurance claims sectors.
With extensive experience of the automotive industry gained working with a number of leading vehicle manufacturers, body repair groups and networks, motor insurance companies and automotive standards bodies. Graham’s experience has been gained starting by working in and managing bodyshops in the UK, going on to join the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association (MVRA) in 1998 as a Programme Manager. From this position to head up the bodyshop and field services division, onto the eventual appointment as Business Director while the MVRA was under Capita Plc.
Graham was then appointed as the Head of the RMI’s National Association of Bodyshops, the UK’s leading representative body for the body repair shops and groups, until joining IBIS and Plenham Ltd as Development Director in October 2012.
Within the past decade Graham has worked in and gained experience and working knowledge of a number of bodyshop market regions which include Europe, USA, South America, Asia Pacific and Middle East. NASIR SAIF SULTAN ALSEERI – Dubai Government Workshop
Nasir started his studies and career in aviation higher diploma in avionics and worked as Navigation engineer servicing ground equipment’s in Dubai airport. He further pursued his bachelors in management in 2012. His love and passion for cars started when he was 16. He got hands on by helping his brother and his relatives with their cars with repairs and modifications.
In 2009 he opened his own workshop where his work included suspension upgrades, performance upgrades, tuning and regular maintenance. Towards the end of 2017 he closed the shop and prepared for new opportunities where he currently works in Dubai government workshop as the head of VIP section with responsibilities to manage over 30 employees and a wide variety of cars and brands from classic to modern car.Back to the main page
DR. NIMA MEHRDADI – Hella Middle East FZE / LLC
Dr. Nima Mehrdadi graduated from the University of Paderborn (Germany) in 2004 with a doctoral degree. From 2000 until 2004 he was working as a scientific Assistant at the research department of the University of Paderborn. During this time, he was leading the department of material and component testing in the same field he wrote a lot of publications and made his PHD. During his university time, he was a professional coach and manager in the German first and second basketball league. First of January 2005 he started his career at Hella, one of the worldwide leading automotive supplier. During his time at Hella he had several leading positions in different sectors like, Development, Industrialization, Production, Strategy and Sales. Dr. Nima is currently Regional Managing Director of Hella based in Dubai and is responsible for the Hella business in the all MENA region. Dr. Nima has received several certificates and conducted many interviews to add to his extensive resume. The love for management and the ability to face different challenges and obstacles leaded Dr. Nima to become a Managing Director. His future endeavors consist of wanting to grow out the business in different sectors. DR. ALEXANDER SABBAH – ZF Middle East FZE
Dr. Sabbah studied mechanical engineer at the Technical University in Munich. After obtaining a PhD in Controls Engineering in 1999, he worked in several managerial positions in Germany. Since 2004 he has been working in the U.A.E. in various sales and management functions. Dr. Sabbah joined ZF in 2012 as Managing Director for the Automotive and Marine business in the Middle East. In 2017 he also took over the responsibility of ZF’s service activities in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA). Dr. Sabbah is a member of the International Association of Public Transportation (UITP) and currently a member of its MENA board. JOERG MOMMERTZ – MAN Truck & Bus Middle East FZE
Joerg Mommertz has around 38 years of diversified management experience. He began his career at MAN Truck & Bus AG (MTB AG) in 1991 as Head of Service of a captive MAN Service Center in Germany. Since then, he has held various positions in local and regional MAN organisations.
1996: Appointed as Director, Aftersales and later as Director, Sales at MAN Truck & Bus Belgium
2003 to 2006: CEO of MAN Truck & Bus Sweden and Denmark. He was also appointed Head of Sales Region North (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland) during this period
2007 to 2012: Appointed CEO of MAN Truck & Bus Poland followed by Head of Sales Region Europe East (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, Moldova)
2012: In 2012, he became the CEO MAN Truck & Bus Russia and Head of Sales Region CIS.
2016: Chairman & Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus India
2019: Appointed Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus FZE in Dubai. Later in July 2019, he was given the overall responsibility as Head of the Middle East, Africa & Latin America regions

FRANK BEAUJEAN – asanetwork GmbH
Frank Beaujean is an expert of the garage equipment industry from Kempten, Germany. He has spent the past three decades working for different garage equipment manufacturers such as Beissbarth, Snap-on and MAHA in different positions. He looks back on one 15 years of lobbying at the national and EU-stage for the garage equipment industry; since 2016 as president of the Federal Garage Equipment Association of Germany (ASA) and since 2018 as vice -president of the European Garage Equipment Association (EGEA).
In his actual role as managing director of the asanetwork GmbH he propagates the garage equipment network standard. This industry standard supports to digitalize the workflows between the dealer management systems and the involved connected garage equipment. This standardized communication increases the productivity for workshops, vehicle repairers and tyre shops in the aftermarket. Inspections centres for the roadworthiness tests also benefit from this save, error- and manipulation-free transfer of measurement values and inspection results.

MARTIN ROBERTS – Momentum Logistics LLC (A Gulftainer Company)
With over 20 years’ experience in the Transport & Logistics industry, Martin Roberts currently handles the role of Transportation Manager in Momentum Logistics, Gulftainer’s logistics subsidiary. He is responsible for all aspects of the Transport operation, including improving Safety and Maintenance.
He rose through the ranks having served in the British Armed Forces then gaining experience driving heavy vehicles, before starting his office career as a trainee back in 1998.
Martin worked for one of the largest transport companies in the UK and helped them diversify into different markets before moving to the UAE, to become part of the Momentum Logistics Team.
Martin holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) from the UK. He is also a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and was also one of the first Transport managers in the UAE to gain CPC Middle East qualification.Back to the main page
